Cocktail DINNER

This year’s event will take the form of a Cocktail Dinner, organized as a standing event rather than a traditional seated gala dinner, with the aim of encouraging informal discussions, exchanges, and connections in a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

The Cocktail Dinner will take place on the evening of the 28th of October and will be hosted at the Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques, a historic landmark of Toulouse and an UNESCO World Heritage site. It is located along the banks of the Garonne River, just a short walk (15-20 minutes) from the city center. Dating back to the Middle Ages, the Hôtel-Dieu has long been associated with hospitality and care, welcoming pilgrims travelling the Way of Saint James and serving the city for centuries.

Today, the venue stands as a unique blend of heritage, architecture, and contemporary use, making it an exceptional setting for social and professional gatherings.

The location is easily accessible on foot, by public transport, or by taxi:

  • The nearest metro station is Saint-Cyprien – République (Line A), approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the venue.
  • Several bus lines serve the surrounding area, with stops located close to the venue.
  • From Place du Capitole, the Hôtel-Dieu can be reached with a pleasant walk of approximately 15–20 minutes.
  • The venue can be easily reached by taxi or ride-hailing services; participants are advised to use “Hôtel-Dieu Saint-Jacques” as the destination.

Clear signage will be available on site to guide participants to the Cocktail Dinner Venue.

NOTE: Participation in the Cocktail Dinner is optional and can be selected during the registration process.
